I logged onto Elmer’s JerseyCat site, did a search, and was able to request the item. Can you be a little more specific or send me an example of a book that you haven’t been able to request.

Hello JerseyCAT,

 

We've been unable to order books for a few days now. I wasn't completely sure at the start, but it seems the amount of books available is present in the search results, but we don't have the option to request any of the books. What should we do to fix this issue? Thank you for your time!
