School libraries who will be inactive on JerseyCat for the summer should follow the following procedure: Please put your account on holiday so loan requests don’t get held up unnecessarily. To do so: From Staff Dashboard look for Participant Record under the ILL Administration tab. Scroll down to the Holiday Settings grid. RE: Clive Cussler books: That does seem to work! you have to check each result. On the first result, if you look at the left side in the blue...it shows availability (0) of 1. I did see it available on the second result when I clicked on that Book (0). So I was able to request the Clive Cussler book! Thank you for that tip! Has anyone else noticed you cannot print the page when you click on the print icon after making the request? It just "poof" disappears and then I have to go ...Continue Reading

Hello Yes this is my experience as well. Click on the specific title, scroll down and then you can see if books are available. Also, with the initial search, look at top right corner of desktop, and see additional results found, add to results now. Click on that and more options are populated. To those who are having problems requesting items, New Brunswick Library has a suggestion: / / /I think I know what their issue is - / / / / When I searched for the Clive Cussler book, I see many results on the main page showing availability (such as audiobook (1) or Book (1)) but then when you click on those links, the next page shows (0) after all the results. Hi Casey, I just tried to request Blue Gold by Clive Cussler. it shows there are books available but when I click on the book link, it shows (0) for each library. No matter what book I request, even if there are 45 books available, they all show (0) once I click on the book link. THis has been going on for at least a week, maybe more.
