If you have sent return numbers for deletion please be patient. We have had so many that Auto-Graphics is trying to come up with a quicker solution. They will be deleted in the near future. If you are responding to the message about items stuck in Return status please send only items from out of state (as below). Libraries are having problems with the back button on JerseyCat. In some cases the button doesn't work at all, requiring user to go back to the menu to move to the desired page or file. And in some cases, the back button responds by sending the user back to the log in page. The status ISO Messages which has been added to the borrower action items side of the Request Manager is not actually a new status. All of the times in ISO Messages also appear elsewhere in the borrower action items. You do not have to do anything with the items in the ISO Messages status. Good afternoon, It has come to our attention that there has been a rise in incidences where books are being damaged when removing paperwork from returned items. In an effort to prevent damage to interlibrary loan materials we would like to gently remind libraries to ask their staff not to use tape/paperclips to attach shipping labels or paperwork directly onto the books.
