We did with the ARPA grants since we allowed remote lockers that libraries wanted cameras for. We include this type of certification in the assurances for the grant applications, reinforce it in the administrative manual that is a grant contract requirement to follow, trained them on the administrative manual and then leave it up to them. They’ve signed assurances, given documentation and been trained.

Do any of you provide subawards for the purchase of security cameras? If so, can you share your policies regarding those grants and any forms you use to ensure that cameras are NDAA-compliant?
