Karren,

This response was received from Cindy Boyden about a month ago. Each item was less than $5000.

If the items in question are valued at less than $5,000 each, and the grant project that funded them is closed out (ie, funds used were FY24 IMLS funds or prior), then all you would need to do deaccession it locally. No need to involve us.

Based on this answer, you may be better off contacting IMLS.

Karren - can you email me at ccapaccio@PROTECTED about BlackBaud? Do you use it for Grant applications or as a Contact Management System? Thank you!!!
