The NJ Public Library Survey is now closed. Thank you to all who submitted (268 out of a possible 304). To complete the application, we also need the Accuracy Certification (from the library), the 2007 NJSLFY09APP (from the municipality) and any necessary attachments. Please do not contact us as to whether or not this documentation has been received. We will let you know if anything is missing.

The raw data will be posted to NJSL's PCSA webpage soon. If you see any mistakes, please email me (good subject: possible data entry error). Staff at NJSL will be going through the data for possible errors as time permits between now and August. If we discover any problems or have any questions, we will contact you. Please contact me (vrosch@PROTECTED) if you have any questions or concerns.

If your library's name is NOT on the following list, we have received your survey, and your library is eligible to participate in the Per Capita State Aid program. Following is a list of libraries that did not submit the annual survey.
