Snapshot Day is only ten days away \x96 February 19, 2009

What would New Jersey be like if there were no libraries? What valuable services do we provide on a daily basis that simply go unrecognized and unappreciated? The New Jersey State Library and the New Jersey Library Association need your help. We're taking a snapshot of a typical day in the life of New Jersey\x92s libraries.

Here\x92s what you can do to be ready to help us show our impact.

Go to the wiki we have set up: http://njla.pbwiki.com/Snapshot

\xB7 Print out a copy of the survey to keep at your desk.

\xB7 Print out a copy of the photo release form

\xB7 Review the original announcement

We need participation from ALL library types \x96 academic, school, special, public, large, small, and in-between.

The bigger our numbers, the greater our impact.

If your library will be closed on February 19, 2009, just pick an alternate date to make your count.

Flickr information will be posted soon.

Save the Date: February 19, 2009. We\x92ll make your participation easy!

So save the date and plan to be a part of \x85\x85Snapshot: One Day in the Life of New Jersey Libraries.
