Attached is the updated Proposed Transfer form and Steps Necessary. I hope the Transfer form is a little easier to understand. Many of you had questions about \x93emergency fund\x94 and this was changed to the accounting term of \x93temporary restriction of fund balance\x94. If your auditors or lawyers have any suggestions for clarifying the form, please let me know.
