COMMUNITY COLLEGE SESSIONS If your library is interested in hosting sessions for library staff and/or the public but have not been contacted by the local community college, please send an e-mail to Natasha Peter at npeter@PROTECTED. Each library will not have the opportunity to host Library Staff training sessions \x96 only 80 of these sessions will be scheduled across the state. Therefore, please make sure to register for sessions at libraries in your area if you or your staff is interested.
*Also, it is not a requirement to attend or schedule a Library Staff training prior to scheduling the Basic Job Readiness Computer Skills trainings for library patrons.
NJWORKS.ORG This website is available to the public showcasing all of the BTOP resources and tools, as well as all of the BTOP public training sessions scheduled across the state. Send your customers to this website for an overview of everything that this project is offering!

NJWORKS Training Content The NJWORKS Training Content (NJN Workforce Link) is now available at http://njn.jerseyconnect.net/.
Available at One-Stop Career Centers and community-based sites throughout the state, this content is a holistic initiative created in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD) and NJN Public Television to provide adult learners instruction on job search and employability and life skills.
The NJWORKS Training Content is designed to deliver workforce training programs and services directly to welfare registrants, dislocated workers and other job seekers identified by the LWD, the New Jersey Department of Corrections and other agencies. The NJWorks Training Content provides interactive training services that allow participants to address individual employment-related issues at their own pace.
COMING SOON Access to Frost & Sullivan market research reports will be available at NJ public libraries this month, only through JerseyClicks.org (within the public library or remotely with a NJ public library card).
Gale Career Transitions will be available to all NJ public libraries starting July 2011. Training for library staff will be available \x96 dates TBD. Questions?
