Subject: ZOOM ENTERPRISE LICENSE TO BE RENEWED FOR A SECOND YEAR
Date: August 9th 2021

State Librarian Jen Nelson has made the decision to renew our statewide Zoom license for a second year. This license covers all public libraries in the state. The Enterprise license allows a library to host a meeting or webinar (but not both at the same time); unlimited time for meetings or webinars; and up to 500 attendees at a meeting or webinar.

The cost for this license is being paid for by American Rescue Plan Act funds administered by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
