The LYRASIS team would like to invite you to an upcoming webinar that will present the Palace Project and introduce the new mobile application called Palace that will be available to libraries across the state of New Jersey this fall. The webinar will take place on Wednesday, September 29th at 11:30am ET via Zoom at https://lyrasis.zoom.us/j/9167183861.
As you might have recently seen, LYRASIS, in partnership with the Digital Public Library of America, has received a $5 million grant from the Knight Foundation to build and deploy the Palace app as part of the new Palace Project. More information about the Palace Project can be found at https://thepalaceproject.org/
In the session, New Jersey State Library staff will discuss their plans going forward with Palace and LYRASIS team members will give an overview of the Palace Project, show a preview of the Palace app, discuss the plans for moving libraries currently using SimplyE to Palace, and cover the next steps for those who want to join the project. Time will also be reserved for questions and the session will be recorded and made available afterward for those who are unable to attend live.
The LYRASIS team is excited to share the Palace Project with you and we look forward to seeing you at the webinar!
Kind regards,
the LYRASIS team
