Colleagues,

As you may know, the New Jersey State Library is conducting an evaluation of its services with independent researchers Linda Hofschire and Amanda Johnson. We are interested in getting feedback about JerseyConnect from 2-3 libraries that use this service, as well as from 2-3 libraries that do not use this service. Would you (or an IT person in your library, if appropriate) be willing to participate in a short interview to discuss your experience either as a user or non-user? Your responses will be used to help improve this service and to determine future priorities.

The interview will take 20-30 minutes and will be conducted online. It will focus on your personal perspectives and observations, so you don’t need to do anything to prepare. In appreciation of your time, the researchers will provide a $25 gift card to GiftCrowd, a service that lets you choose where to spend the money.
