The blue jean purse is a classic that
has been popular for decades. It never seems to go out of style, as it's very
useful and goes with almost every casual outfit. Cut the legs off a pair of
jeans that have seen better days, and hem the bottom straight across. Make a
strap by sewing strips of leg material together, or by threading a colorful
scarf or belt through the belt loops. Sew Velcro dots inside the pockets if you
want them to be more secure. Sew patches on the purse for a more colorful or
retro look.
Hi Everyone: Does anyone have patterns to make purses, wallets
etc from wrappers or any other recycled art project? I would really
appreciate it. Beth Willoughby |
