Hi Everyone,
Public libraries are starting to receive their summer
reading incentives from Upstart. I ordered a children’s banner, a children’s
poster, a teen poster (if your library wanted it),
1 package of teen bookmarks and 2 packages of children’s
bookmarks for each library.
Many libraries have contacted me to say that instead of receiving
2 packages of children’s bookmarks, their invoice says they are
backordered to get 2 packages of flip flop necklaces.
I am aware of this problem and have made Upstart aware of it
as well. We are working to resolve it.
Please don’t contact me or Upstart about this issue. I
will work with them to correct it and let you know the outcome.
