Sally,

The way I understand it, the state library wants you to use that software to keep track of SR stats. If you do not use it to submit your stats, you will not get the free banner and bookmarks that they usually send you every year. There is going to be a workshop about it at NJLA on Wednesday at 11ish. Sharon sent out an email on NJYAC with the link for the program to register your library. She is also trying to get some more workshops set up - possibly in May.

Hope this helps!

Two of my staffers came back from the NJLA workshop talking about enchanced solutions to keep records for SRC.\xA0They had the impresion that this would be the ONLY way NJLA was jeeping stats.\xA0I looked through the manual and did not see it.\xA0 Though I have already ordered my logs, I wonder, is this something we should all know about? \xA0Sally Shabouk Youth Services Librarian Glen Ridge Public Library (973) 748-5482 ssha...@yahoo.com
