Here is the link for the information survey for the 2010
Summer Reading programs in your library. These are the general questions about
programming and manual use for our state.
This is not a survey for statistics. Statistics will be
collected through the Evanced software program that the State Library purchased
for statewide reporting.
The deadline to complete this survey is October 15, 2010.
