Hi, Everyone,

The 2019 summer reading program survey is now open for all participating public libraries.

For the first time, multiple CSLP member states have joined together to send out the same survey, with customized questions for each state. NJ’s only customized question asks for your public library’s full address. I need this information to ensure your library will receive your usual free customized incentives (banner, posters, bookmarks). As always, the survey is for public library staff who offered the CSLP 2019 summer reading program in their libraries. The survey allows for multiple library staff from the same library to complete the sections of the survey most relevant to their work; e.g. children, teen, or adult programs.

NOTE: I’m not the administrator of this survey and won’t have initial access to the responses so please don’t forget to print a copy of your statistics for your own records before submitting it!

The deadline to complete the survey also much sooner than usual - Friday, September 13, 2019. Please make every effort to complete it by this date.
