I have been getting a lot on emails returned as undeliverable for bad address. Please make sure your library’s email address is entered correctly in the Contacts section of your Patron Record. Having an incorrect address (or having no address entered at all) may impact your ability to borrow from out of state. Out of state libraries need to be able to contact the borrowing library.   Also, JerseyCat is for hard copies of books only. Over the last few weeks libraries have reported the following JerseyCat problems: Unable to log in. Suddenly stopped receiving requests. Requests that should have gone to NJAC (for out of state consideration) stuck in Awaiting Approval status. I have reported these problems to Auto-Graphics.
