The Westfield Memorial Library seeks a permanent, part-time librarian 15 hours per week for its Youth Services Department. Duties will include reference, reader advisory, programming for infants through teens, outreach and collection development. One evening per week and alternate Saturdays are required.   Applicants must possess an ALA-accredited master\x92s degree in Library or Information Science, a New Jersey Professional Librarian\x92s Certificate, and a desire to maintain currency by attending professional meetings and conferences.   In addition, applicants should understand all stages of child and adolescent development, have knowledge of children\x92s and YA literature, up-to-date online resource searching skills, familiarity with recent computer applications in libraries including web 2.0, and a strong customer-service orientation   Hourly rate is $24.98.
