Hi Everyone,

The IT person at the NJ State Library responsible for the NJYAC listserv
has added the name of the list to the "To" box. It should now be more
obvious which messages are list messages and which are private messages.

This is an un-moderated list. I do not have time to monitor all the
messages so please be careful when responding to messages.

Thank you!

Dear NJYacers and especially to Pat and Mary,

I'm sure Pat's and Mary's messages w eren't meant for the entire PubYac
list, but that's where they went. This is the kind of confusion that
Vicki Lewis was trying to help us all avoid.

If you want to send a private message, don't hit "reply"! Hitting
"reply" will send your private message to the entire list. To avoid
this, you must copy and paste your intended reader's email address into
the "TO" box. If you're not sure where the message came from, look at
the subject line: if it says [njyac] that means the message came through
the list, not directly from your friend and any "reply" to this kind of
message will go to the entire list.

To the moderator: Please help. There must be a way to change this so
that NJYAC functions like other listservs.
