Hello, everyone!

The deadline for submission of your Garden State Teen Book Award votes is drawing near! (THIS SATURDAY!!) As many of you know, I had a baby at the beginning of November, so I am currently on maternity leave. I ask that this year you kindly report your votes via e-mail if at all possible -- it will make things much easier for me since I am at home. If this creates a terrible hardship for you, please contact me off-list and we will come up with another solution. If you already submitted your votes via snail mail, fax or inter-library delivery service, please let me know and I'll figure out how to get my hands on them.

Some reminders:

We are looking for actual votes from students in grades 6-12, not circulation statistics. Please send ALL votes that you receive, not just a list of the top vote-getters. We count every single vote! : )

All votes must be submitted by Saturday, January 10, 2009. Please send them to me at KPa...@elizpl.org.

Students can also vote online at http://www.bccls.org/teens/gstba/2009.

To download and print the ballot, go to: http://www.njla.org/honorsawards/.
