We circulate Playaways, and our patrons love it! We shelve the empty cases, keeping the sets at the circulation desk. Patrons have the option of purchasing headphones at $1.00/pair or using their own; and our lending period for each Play-a-Way is 2 weeks, with an overdue fee of $0.50/day/play-a-way.

Does any library circulate Playaways? If so, what is your policy for headphones and batteries? What do you use for security? How long do they circulate for?
