This is a reminder that the Public Library Survey 2008 is open and can be accessed at http://collect.informata.com/. Login information is the same as previous year. In case you do not have the login information, contact me by email or phone. All instructions are included in the survey and for easier access to instructions while in the survey, you may click on the number of the question (if it is underlined). The definitions for data elements are also provided by IMLS at http://harvester.census.gov/imls/Pdf/PLS_Defs_FY08.pdf. Included within the survey is the NJSL 10APP (aka Application for State Library Aid)

It is important to login into your respective library surveys and start filling the general information to ensure that the survey is functioning.

Important due dates: 1. March 15th for 2008 NJSL 10APP (Link is in between PART I and PART II of the survey). 2. April 4th for 2008 Accuracy Certification (Link after PART III--Part 2 for the survey). 3. April 4th for the Completed Survey (earlier submission will be appreciated).
