Of late I have received several inquiries from libraries regarding access to the State Aid Application form. My previous listserv message earlier today was to address those inquiries in general.

Sincerely apologizing for the confusion, it is the municipalities that submit the Application, not the libraries. Message should have been:

PCSA applications (2008 NJSL10APP) submitted by the municipality/county to NJSL must be POSTMARKED no later than March 15, 2008. If you have not received a copy of the application, please contact your municipality/county CFO to remind her/him of the deadline. You need a copy of the application so that you can be assured that it was mailed to NJSL, and also so that you can complete Part I of the survey (the survey is due April 4).

FYI: NJSL has not mailed the application forms to CFOs for several years. CFOs are informed of the grant application through the Department of Community Affairs listserve (GovConnect) around the 15th of January. Copies of the application and instruction were attached in my previous listserv message, in case the CFO needs a copy.
