While Verizon billing of data circuits has always been a significant problem for some libraries, there has been an increase in Verizon billing issues over the last few months, seemingly due to systematic resets of expired Access New Jersey contracts.

The New Jersey State Library is working with Verizon to expedite such issues. We are in the process of gathering a list of libraries that are currently experiencing any billing problems. If you would like us to pass on your information to Verizon as a library needing billing attention, please send an e-mail including your library name, contact name, telephone number and e-mail address to: verizonissues@PROTECTED
