This is a reminder that the due date for the Per Capita State Library Aid application (2008 NJSL10APP) submitted by the municipality/county to NJSL is March 15, 2009. If you have not received a copy of the application, please contact your municipality/county CFO to remind her/him of the deadline.

If for some reason the deadline cannot be met, then please forward the attached PCSA FY2010 application's "Request for Extension" to the municipal/county CFO. This request for extension is due back to NJSL (postmarked) by March 16, 2009. If the extension is approved, 2008 NJSL10APP must be sent to NJSL (postmarked) by March 30, 2009.

The PCSA application and instructions for this year are posted on the NJSL webpage at http://www.njstatelib.org/LDB/State_Aid/ under Data Year 2008 (Payment October 2009 - SFY2010).
