This is an important reminder that the due date for submission of Public Library Survey 2008 is April 4th, 2009.

Please note that the 2008 Accuracy Certification (Link after PART III--Part 2 for the survey) is to be mailed after completion of the survey. I have also attached it in this message for easier access.

The few libraries that have yet to start the survey, the survey can be accessed at http://collect.informata.com/. Login information is the same as previous year. In case you do not have the login information, contact me by email or phone as soon as possible. All instructions are included in the survey and for easier access to instructions while in the survey, you may click on the number of the question (if it is underlined). The definitions for data elements are also provided by IMLS at http://harvester.census.gov/imls/Pdf/PLS_Defs_FY08.pdf. (Please refer to the reminder e-mail I sent to individual libraries on March 27th).
