This is an important reminder that the due date for submission of Public Library Survey 2008 is tomorrow April 4th, 2009. Please note that the 2008 Accuracy Certification (Link after PART III--Part 2 for the survey) is to be mailed after completion of the survey.

Thanks to all the libraries as this survey is: *To provide statistical information that helps legislators understand the importance of libraries, enables the State Library and NJLA to track needed data regarding policy concerns, provides library directors with information they need to better administer their libraries, provides the general public with public library statistics *To determine whether or not your library meets all Per Capita State Aid requirements *To collect information for the Institute of Museum and Library Services national annual survey

The list below is of the libraries that have submitted the survey and the survey log shows that for most of the remaining libraries it is a WIP. If the survey cannot be submitted before April 4th for reasons beyond control then I have attached a form to request an Extension for Filing.
