Here is another program in the Recovery Act where libraries are mentioned. Communities can apply for funding for bicycle paths and

pedestrian facilities connecting to libraries, schools, businesses, etc. You may want to check with your town to see if they are applying for this funding from the

Department of Transportation if you are interested in this type of connection. Libraries are specifically mentioned on page 5 of the guidelines.
