Dear NJ Public Library Directors,

Rutgers, CJRLC, and the NJ State Library are working to determine the need for an IMLS grant to recruit and train MLIS students to become Children's/YA librarians. Your input is essential for us to determine the potential need for those positions in the next three+ years. Would you please give us your best estimate? If the need exists, we will apply for the grant. If not, we won't. The grant application is due December 15, so please complete the survey within the next few days. It consists of three questions requiring one word answers. You can do it in a minute!
