Question 3 -- I asked what types of computer training were considered part of employment skills training. The state library said you can use your best judgment. If, for example, you do a class on social networking that includes LinkedIn or focuses on developing professional contacts which can be counted in this category.

Question 6 -- Respond using the option "Lack of high speed Internet access" if you have Internet access but it is insufficient to meet your patrons needs. Almost everyone should probably check this option.

Question 8 -- I asked for clarification about what software they want you to list and was told: "only include any programs that people can directly interact with." So you do not have to list SAM or deepfreeze, etc.

Question 15 -- List JerseyConnect if you use it and any cable provider that you use.

Question 16 -- Costs for JerseyConnect are $0 (they did not ask for your circuit costs as they already have that information). You should also list any costs for your cable connection.

Question 17 -- If you have a T1 line your speed is 1.5 mb/second. Two T1 lines have a speed of 3.0 mb/second. List also the speed of your cable connection if you know it.
