This is a reminder that the due date for the Application for State Library Aid / 2009 NJSL11APP is March 15th. The application is included in the 2009 Public Library Survey as a hyperlink in the Survey Navigation section of the survey: http://collect.btol.com/. The application and instructions are also posted online on NJSL's website at http://www.njstatelib.org/LDB/State_Aid/ under DY2009.

Your CFO has to complete and mail an original, signed copy of 2009 NJSL11APP to my office. A copy has to be sent to you. If an amount is entered in Line 4, itemized statement detailing the additional expenditures has to be included with the application. The itemized statement must be signed by the CFO of the municipality/county, an authorized member of the board of trustees/commission and the library director. The application must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2010. The application must include the preparer's certificate number to be complete.
