The New Jersey State Library invites you to join a new listserv to discuss everything about E-rate and libraries in New Jersey. E-rate (AKA the Schools and Libraries Division of the Univesal Service Fund) is a mechanism by which schools and libraries can apply to the federal government for discounts on telecommunications devices and services. There are many libraries in NJ that already apply for E-rate and we felt that it would be useful to have a central place for all of the applicants in NJ to share their knowledge about the program and ask for help if it is needed.
