The State Library has received a request for donated books from a marine deployed on the naval aircraft carrier USS Peleliu with the Seventh Fleet in the Pacific. The marines and sailors are participating in a professional reading program to increase their knowledge of U.S. military history. He is looking for the specific titles listed below.

The State Library will coordinate collecting and sending any books donated. If your library has extra copies of these titles and wishes to participate, please send them to the State Library by July 16.
