Statistics Needed by NJ State Library from 2010 Summer Reading Program

All libraries need to send their statistics to Sharon Rawlins, Youth Services Consultant, NJ State Library, srawlins@PROTECTED by October 15, 2010 in 2 ways.

Please complete the Survey Monkey survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/878RNK7 to send your program statistics and answer other questions from the Summer Reading Committee concerning the use of the manuals and other incentives.

For any library that used Evanced Summer Reader, the rest of the statistics can be compiled using Evanced\x92s report function that will generate an EXCEL file that can be e-mailed to me at srawlins@PROTECTED.
For libraries that did not use Evanced, the statistics can be sent to me in the body of an e-mail.

The statistics needed are:

# of registered children; # of actual children's participants; # of books read by children (please indicate if minutes or hours were used instead); # of children's programs offered specifically for summer reading program --------------- on Survey Monkey survey; # of children's attendees at programs --------- on Survey Monkey survey

# of registered teens; # of actual teen participants; # of books read by teens (please indicate if minutes or hours were used instead); # of teen programs offered specifically for summer reading program ---------- on Survey Monkey survey; # of teen attendees at programs ----- on Survey Monkey survey

# of registered adults (if you did an adult program); # of adults who actively participated; # of books read by adults; # of adult programs offered specifically for summer reading program ----- on Survey Monkey survey; # of adults who attended these programs ------- on Survey Monkey survey
