The FCC has released its much awaited Order which changes the E-rate program to be more suitable for the 21st century. Please visit the following links (in PDF format) to the News Release and the Order itself. The national library E-rate community will be discussing the ramifications of this Order in the coming days and weeks and I will be sure to pass on any information I receive to you.
