Evanced Summer Reader Webinars Offered Just for NJ Librarians – April 4^th and 7th

For the second year, The New Jersey State Library has licensed software from Evanced Solutions (http://w ww.evancedsolutions.com) as part of its three-year contract to provide all NJ public libraries with free access to Evanced Solutions “Summer Reader” online summer reading registration software.

Evanced Solutions will be offering two Webinar training sessions for NJ library staff throughout the state.

The basic one is 201 - Summer Reader Day-to-Day Staff Management and will be held on Monday, April 4, at 10 am. To register go to https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/342434731

The more advanced program for staff who will be administering the program is 301 - Summer Reader Software Set Up and Administration and will be held on Thursday, April 7 at 2 pm. To register go to https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/300605011

For anyone unable to attend these Webinars just for NJ librarians, Evanced Solutions also offers free, weekly, webinars for anyone across the US. If you want to try out the product on your own, a schedule is available at http://host.evanced.info/lib/eventcalendar.asp A recorded session of same material presented at the Webinars on April 4^th and 7^th is available on Evanced’s wiki.

To set-up Evanced Solution Summer Reader for your library, you must first have Evanced install the program on their server. To sign up to have them install the program go to http://www.evancedsolutions.com/njsrform.asp to fill out the online registration form.

After you have signed up with Evanced, you will receive a link and password from Evanced to access the website so you can set up your library’s program.

If your library has previously set up a Summer Reading site already, the site still works and you can use your old password.
