At NJLA I popped into a program that I couldn't attend due to schedule conflict and saw some sample crafts. I took a photo of an awesome candy wrapper coin purse and super cool tote bag made of plastic bags. I was wondering if the person who made it has some easy to follow instructions. I'd love to make at least one of these in August.
