Here is the link for the information survey for the 2011 Summer Reading statistics in your library. If you used Evanced, you can still report your
statistics through this survey. It would make it easier for me if you submitted all your statistics using SurveyMonkey and didn’t e-mail me your Evanced stats separately like you did last year.
The deadline to complete this survey is October 7, 2011.
