My name is Janis Biron. I am with Roxbury Public Library. Lia Carruthers was the contact person for our library. Lia is no longer with our library. I am the new contact person. Thank you so much for sending this survey to me. I have been able to fill out the majority of the survey. I am however unsure if you would want me to include the Teen and Adult sections. If I submit the survey with out the information for Teens and Adults will those in charge of those departments be able to add them in later? If not I will speak to those in charge to get those statistics and add them before submitting.

Here is the link for the information survey for the 2011 Summer Reading statistics in your library. If you used Evanced, you can still report your
statistics through this survey. It would make it easier for me if you submitted all your statistics using SurveyMonkey and didn't e-mail me your Evanced stats separately like you did last year.
The deadline to complete this survey is October 7, 2011.
