November 30, 2011: “New School Readers’ Advisory”

Readers’ Advisory can be a very rewarding and fun part of the librarian’s job, and now encompasses more than just recommending the next great mystery or romance novel.

Roz Reisner, Librarian and author, will discuss audio books. Laverne Mann, Branch Manager / Outreach Librarian at the Piscataway Public Library, will discuss, graphic novels and comic books Marvin DeBose, Adult Services & Teen Librarian at the Free Library of Philadelphia, will discuss the genre of Street Literature.

This session will be held in the Scholarly Communications Center, 4th floor of Alexander Library.
