Greetings, This is a friendly reminder that the Form 471 filing window is right around the corner (January 9,2012). The New Jersey State Library is still contracting with E-Rate Central for E-rate application assistance for libraries that have upgraded to EVPL switched Ethernet. The kind folks at E-Rate Central will be contacting those libraries which they previously helped in early January 2012 to discuss their Forms 471.

Last year the New Jersey State Library organized information sessions provided by E-Rate Central to instruct libraries on E-rate and to let them know what services E-Rate Central was contracted to provide. We are prepared to provide the same training this year but we wanted to ask you if it was necessary or not. Please visit the following link and vote in the single question poll. We will close the poll in a week and determine the need for a training session based on your responses.
