IMPORTANT - Annual Survey Information and Reminder
Dear Colleagues,
The annual survey for Data Year 2011 is now open for submission. In compliance with N.J.S.A. 18A:74-11 the survey will close on March 1, 2012. However, the New Jersey State Library will grant a one month grace period for late submissions.
This grace period will end at 11:59PM on Sunday, April 1, 2012.
This year we are using Counting Opinions to collect the survey statistics. Please visit
http://njsl.countingopinions.com/ to log in. Prior to logging in please watch the video tutorial on entering data into the Counting Opinions interface. This can be accessed by clicking the Video Tutorial link
at the bottom of the log in screen. If you have trouble logging in to the survey or have forgotten your login or password please email Bob Keith at
rkeith@PROTECTED.
If you have been entering statistics into Counting Opinions on a monthly basis and have entered them for all of 2011 these statistics will be rolled up into the survey. However, if you entered less than 12 months’ worth of statistics
they will not be rolled into the annual survey.
