Hi, Everyone,

 

Just a reminder that the survey is open to submit your 2012 summer reading statistics. Thanks to those libraries that have already submitted them.

 

To access the survey click on this direct link  http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2012stats

You can also access the survey and get a PDF of the questions for preview on the front page of the NJ summer reading website at www.njsummerreading.org.

The link to the survey is on the main page and you do not need to log in to access it.  


If you used Evanced, you can still report your statistics through this survey or email them to me in an EXCEL format.

The deadline to complete this survey is October 5, 2012 and that is a firm deadline! You will not receive summer reading materials for the 2013 program unless you

submit your statistics for 2012.
