PCSA Payment
Dear Directors,
We hope to receive the 2011 Table of Equalized Valuation in the first week of October. As soon as Treasury sends it to us, I will send it to you via this listserv.
PCSA checks are being prepared and the amount for each library is shown in the attached spreadsheet under the column titled Check Amount. If you have a question about the amount please
let me know.
If you requested an exception to a Per Capita State Aid requirement the letter notifying you of the State Librarian’s decision will be forthcoming.
Checks will be mailed by October 1, 2011. Please contact me if you have any questions, or if you have not received a check by November 1, 2011.
