The Teen Librarian at Paterson Public Library, Michelle Petrasek, would like to recommend a good friend of hers who is a children's music teacher that is looking for some freelance work. Her name is

Kim Manley (...@gmail.com">kim....@gmail.com, www.kimmanley.com) and she worked with Preschool of America for many years but had to leave her teaching position when she developed a vocal lesion earlier this year. She has rested for several months & is now back in action.

Kim is hoping to enter the library world by offering her services on a freelance basis, rather than teaching 40 hours a week again & hurting her voice. She works mainly with preschool-aged children & writes her own music. Last week Michelle heard her latest recordings, one of which is "Bite Your Food, Not Your Friends." Michelle says Kim is HYSTERICAL!!! Kim does dances with the kids & sings for them - super-cute stuff.

Her info is as follows:

birthday parties / preschool music / private tutoring

Check her out on her website or YouTube to watch some video footage of her & listen to some of her music.
