FYI,

ALA’s Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) is inviting libraries to share their Dia programming with us via the 2013 National Día Program Registry, a national database that showcases all types and sizes of Día programming.

Libraries that register early will receive complimentary Día stickers and bookmarks (while supplies last).

Here are some ways to get the word out.

Facebook:

April 30, 2013 is El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Children’s Day/Book Day) and ALSC is inviting libraries to submit their programs to the National Día Program Registry. Learn more about creating a program and submitting your event at http://dia.ala.org.

Día is Diversity in Action! Learn more about bringing El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Children’s Day/Book Day) to your library at http://dia.ala.org. Submit your program to the National Día Program Registry and help ALSC make the case to expand the experience and support of Día.

Our goal is to make sure that every library has the chance to offer a Día program.  We really appreciate your help and support.
