Hi, all.
Auto-Graphics, the vendor for JerseyCat software and database access authentication, is moving their facilities. The date for moving is Dec 28th 2012. The transition will begin on Friday Dec 28th at 10PM. At that time all systems will be
taken offline and will not be online again until Monday Dec 31st at 7AM.
During the transition no ILL activity will take place and all reference databases including BTOP (except for GED Online) will be offline. If someone tries to access a database during this time, the authentication will fail and the person
will not be able to access the database. Should anyone try to access the ILL system while it is offline, they will get the standard message: We are sorry but your library system is not available at this time due to maintenance.
Thank you for your patience as our ILL and authentication vendor upgrades its services.
