Dear Colleagues,

In preparation for the 2012 Annual Survey I would like to verify the names and email addresses for all account holders for the Counting Opinions system.  Attached to this email is a spreadsheet with the current names and email addresses I have for every library account.  Please take a moment to verify that the name and email address next to your library name is correct. 

 

This is very important because this is how I will be communicating with the data collectors at each library going forward.

 

If the name and email address next to your library name is correct there is no need to contact me.  However, if any of your information is not correct please reply to this message with the correct information. 

 

Please send all of your corrections to me by Wednesday, January 9th, 2013.  If you have any questions please let me know.
