Dear Colleagues,
First, I would like to apologize for being unavailable last week for your questions regarding the survey. I was home all week with a serious illness. If you tried to reach me in the days leading up to the close of the survey and I was
unable to respond I will get to your message as soon as possible.
I have locked everyone’s surveys. If you would like to request an extension to the filing deadline I will be in touch with you individually with the form that you need to fill out to request an extension from the State Librarian.
As I said before, if you tried to contact me last week and I did not respond I will respond as soon as I can. Thank you very much for understanding and for completing the survey.
